Saturday, May 4, 2013. So they're here again. The ole 'what am I doing with my life? I must admit, I get hit with these at least monthly. And they creep up on me, usually when I'm feeling my happiest. This week I officially passed my probation period at my new job. I successfully rode my beautiful bike over 40kms. I bought not one, but two new dresses. I make a delicious breakfast. I enjoyed every minute of this week, every minute of the life I have made for myself. And I'm happy to not write everyday.

Saturday, January 12, 2013. Would you like fries with that? For Christmas, a good friend gave me a "happiness journal". It's used to prompt writing and journaling and general wonderful feelings. Chapter one has us listing the things we would like in our life to make us happy. My list was pretty straight forward:. See a movie every week. Be as healthy and fit as I can. Be a successful opinion-ist. Have a big family (and I don't mean lots of kids here.). Rescue animals and children. Read a book a week.

Sunday, 6 July 2014. Gosh, I haven't signed in for two years, and now suddenly I am 31! How did that happen? Not only that, but I am also now mummy to two gorgeous boys- a nearly five year old and a one and a half year old. Utterly amazing, but means I have very little time for anything else.
