We're happy to report that all of her brothers and sisters have now been adopted and look forward to a reunion sometime. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Lucy had her first trip to the Cape. She's not quite old enough to go without a leash, and she still needs a "Gentle Leader" collar to help her mind her manners. She sat quietly while her parents ate at a Cafe. Later in the nice motel that takes only good dogs, she enjoyed her new Nylabone - for about 2 hours. Friday, June 3, 2011. Lucy Did Something Bad. Lucy's Mom left her alone in the house for awhile today. When she returned, what was left of Mom's favorite garden hat was on the floor. Mom scolded her and, when Dad came home from work, he didn't give her her nightly biscuit. Lucy was sorry for what she had done. I've been extremely busy the past few weeks and pretty drawn out and exhausted so when I haven't been at work I've pretty much been sleeping on the sofa or being very lazy.
