Tuesday, April 24, 2012. I know it's been almost a month, but we wanted to document that our little princess turned 3 on March 31st. It's hard to believe how quickly she has grown up. I can't remember what life was like without her - she has brought so much joy and fun to our lives. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Giants in the making. Picture Window template. http://glabefamily.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 23, 2012. In case any of you still read this and are wondering, yes we are still alive. And we don't live in Oklahoma anymore. We now live in beautiful Lexington, KY where Dave will finish his LAST rotation! Dave is working at the Lexington VA, which requires long strenuous days. However, he only works four days a week so we have had fun with him home an extra day every week. Our favorite thing we've done here so far is the nearby Red River Gorge with its stunning rock walls and natural arc...

Glabe Family Adventures: December 2011
http://glabefamily.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 12, 2011. Our little man turned one year old on November 28th. With Dave leaving that night to take his second round of boards and considering we had just moved to Oklahoma a couple weeks before and didn't have any friends or family nearby, we just had a simple little party. Nolan did some modest damage to his cake, but enjoyed every bit of it. He was all business and never cracked a smile. Aly, on the other hand, was all smiles. She could hardly contain her. Glabe Family Adventures: August 2011
http://glabefamily.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 7, 2011. Last week, we traveled to the small town of Delta, UT to attend Dave's family reunion. His grandparents are now both in their 90s with failing health, so it was good to spend some quality time visiting with them. We stayed with Dave's Uncle Reid, who is one of the neatest men you'll ever meet. He keeps sheep, cows, and pigs as a hobby with his grandchildren, so Aly got to see all the animals and help feed them while we were there. Nolan seemed to have fun too. Giants in the making.

Sunday, March 28, 2010. Fun at the park! Jonathan and I decided to have a picnic at the lake and fly a kite. So, we hiked around to the opposite side of the lake (in flipflops, mind you.) and enjoyed some scrumptious tuna sandwiches and then assembled the "Tree Frog". This is the "Tree Frog" in flight. We had so much fun at the park on Saturday that we decided to visit again on Sunday.to feed the ducks, walk around, throw bread, etc. Here's some of the fun we had:. Jonathan and Heidi Harris.

http://julieandmikewood.blogspot.com/2015/08/day-3-and-first-night-home.html
Thursday, August 6, 2015. Day 3 and first night home. As we were about to give Kaylie her first bath, Annie arrived at the hospital with the family. Here's Aili and Aria. They've been kissing my belly for weeks waiting for Kaylie to arrive. Mike found this Seahawks hat in the gift shop. And Chandler. they couldn't wait to hold her. The Gang's all here! Cody wants to help the nurse. She's lost about 5 ounces. Content little baby in Grandma's arms. Doesn't it look like she is smiling? And she slept 6 hours...
