The life and times of the Hanzon's in Alaska. Saturday, November 30, 2013. Art Museum and Craft Fair. Karrick and I went to the Anchorage art museum today for a "local Alaska" craft fair. I went with a specific purpose- to get birch syrup and birch candies for Christmas presents. I also ended up buying some children's books. Even in the freezing temps.outside is his preference. Besides, how does the saying go? There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad gear. And we are fully equipped for the cold!

They don't technically leave AK until mid-May.but still.it's LAME! The neighborhood is NOT going to be the same without the Watz's! Heck, Alaska won't be the same without them! But the best part is that they are moving back to Colorado.so chances are we will actually see them again someday.so that makes it a little easier to say goodbye. Kind of. Logans birthday was yesterday and I was updating my blog with his birthday pictures and realized I hadn't put any of the girls on and even worse I didn't take that many of the girls so I am doing a triple birthday post for all of my kids, sorry your mom is such a slacker. Thursday, April 28, 2011. We have had so much rain and snow late this year.It has been really cold too,. We are all ready for spring to be here. The kids keep telling me that its suppose to be spring and I tell them, trust me if I could control the weather it wouldn't be snowing in April. Monday, February 22, 2010. Is it Spring Yet? I'm having spring fever already and I don't have any new pictures, so I'm putting some old soccer pictures on that I didn't get a chance to last fall. When I was looking at these pictures I was thinking how nice it would be if it were warm weather right now and wishing it were warmer. Brooke really got into playing soccer, Lacee was kind of there but mostly wanted to play on the playground but she did much better than last year and Logan just wanted the candy!

Thursday, March 22, 2012. So we went to Ryan's BFA show. He made the necklace I wore. He worked so hard and had so many pieces of art while some of the others had just 6 pieces or so.
