Saturday, February 13, 2010. It's been so cold here! There's lots of snow on the ground. Luckily, Luke was home for a few days and was able to take the kids out in the snow. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. We said farewell to summer by taking a picnic to Myakka River State Park. The kids loved the canopy walk. They kept finding these enormous yellow spiders, and Abby even found a pygmy rattlesnake! We also went bowling - this was a first for the kids! They thought it was great! Noah had his fifth birthday! Oh my gosh, how is that possible? His gift was a set of swords so he can fight with Daddy. : ). We also celebrated Abby's third. Her only request was a princess cake!
