Our life in a flash. Thursday, October 30, 2008. I just love the annual tradition of carving pumpkins! The anticipation had built since we picked them out at the pumpkin patch 2 weeks ago, and they couldn't wait to dig their hands into them! Daddy cuts the tops off with those handy new battery operated saws and we scoop each one clean! Scooping out the seeds to roast. They turned out yummy this year! Kayla tried them at preschool last week and told me they didn't have yummy salt on those! How cute is she?

Our life in a flash. Saturday, November 1, 2008. Adam and Kayla anxiously awaiting the first Trick or Treaters. They just love watching and handing out candy to the first bunches of trick or treaters. I seriously think they love giving out the candy as much as receiving. Or realistically they're just checking out all of the costumes and gearing up to go out themselves! Lucy couldn't get to the bottom of this holiday. My beautiful 'Ariel' from Little Mermaid, and My tough looking ' Jango. 70 degrees at 6pm.

Our life in a flash. Thursday, January 29, 2009. Adam's 102nd day of 2nd grade. In school here it is a tradition to celebrate the 100 th. Day of the school year. In second grade however, they have started a new tradition of celebrating their 102 nd. The kids are told to wear any clothing that has 102 items on it. It could be a shirt with 102 stripes, dots, making a necklace made out of 102 froot. He really wanted to make something different, so here is what he came up with:. February 7, 2009 at 7:14 AM.

We were freezing, but it was a beautiful sunset! They love to make snow angels! Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree. How lovely WERE your branches! Luke and I were talking and drove into the garage and heard a crunch! We realized had driven half way into the garage with the tree still on our roof! Lucy seemed concerned about our half a tree.
