The Recycled String Band. Luke R Davies and The Recycled String Band win the 2013 National Film and Sound Archive Folk Recording Award for their album. Not a note wasted. Michael Leobenstien CEO of the National film and Sound Archive of Australia said that the CD using an engaging mix of music styles was a worthy winner of the award. All the instruments I build have totally useable sound; I like them all to have good acoustic tone and volume. Their playability is given great consideration although some can be a bit awkward to play due to their shape or size.
