烹飪是一場好玩的遊戲而撰寫的動機，無他，就只是想把下廚過程的點點滴滴紀錄下來。像日記一樣，想到的時候就來翻翻網誌。關掉無名網誌已經超過兩年了，網誌對我來說很陌生，但，就抱著try try看的心態，就這樣開始寫了。這半年，發生了很多事.畢業、找工作、上班. 而這中間，烹飪的機會變少了，相機也沒了，只能偷用我爸的。是中秋前一天，為了和舅舅、外婆吃飯而準備的甜點。 1 紅酒放進鍋中，加冰糖（可視甜度喜好做調整），煮到沸騰，酒精蒸發。 2 加入檸檬、柳丁汁和皮，悶煮20分鐘後取出檸檬皮旱柳丁皮。 3 此時利用空檔把西洋梨削皮、去核，用湯匙就可以輕鬆把果核給挖出來。（蒂要留下來）. 4 煮好的醬汁過篩，把梨子放進醬汁裡煮到軟熟，熄火浸泡至少6小時。這道甜點做起來不難，上菜的時候賣相佳。唯一要注意的是要浸泡的時間要足夠，可以前一. 天晚上準備好前置作業，泡一晚，隔天就可以吃了。張貼者： Lulu Tsai.
