Thursday, February 24, 2011. Haiku my Heart - cactus. The hot desert sun. Kisses pink and red blooms that. Grow from twisted spines. This is the only picture I could find in my archive today that inspired me. I took it in New Mexico about five years ago. I love New Mexico- and still dream that one day I can move the family away from the ridiculously over priced bay area and settle here among the red dirt and amazing sunsets.
