I tried to catch Annie with her head between the Moose antlers. Didn't work. The other picture is of a T-REX costume/giant puppet. People were posing with their heads in the T-Rex's mouth as this guy walked around wearing the T-rex costume. Friday, July 20, 2012. I cannot find any room in me to be mad at a disease. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Annalivia weighed 6 lbs 3 oz. and measured 19 3/8". All is going well for Mom. The baby came quicker than was expected and was born before the midwife arrived at the house. I was blessed to be the one to hop in the birthing tub and catch Annalivia and hand her to Cherity. Sunday, October 31, 2010. Cherity has the babe in a sling and is out for a walk. I've been tidying up a bit and the boys went down the street to a friends house. I've been listening to "How it Ends" by Divotchka over and over. Yesterday it was Radical Face's "Welcome Home". I love the video for that because the lead singer is a dopleganger for one of my old Friends Mike. Crazy. Songs great too. Time for a little Andrew Bird. We haven't experienced that but it reminded me of the summer that we went through this year. As we entered the third month without any rain I thought it was looking like Wisconsin was turning into Arizona! I don't ever remember experiencing a drought like that. Apparently, I collapsed 10 - 20 feet from the finish line but crawled the rest of the way and won. It got me thinking. While I was mulling that over I saw the kids hastily moving toward the door - until they saw me - and then they turned and hurried back the other way.
