The first time I made them was for a couple of friends that are on the Whole 30 (is that what it’s called? Diet They are a little loose about it, so I wasn’t sweating the details. Still, I was shocked at how moist and yummy they were, especially considering the main ingredient is zucchini. That’s right, zucchini. Don’t be scared. 15 cups of shredded zucchini.
