Friday, July 9, 2010. I kind of stink at blogging right now, so I'll just post some pics from the last month just to give you a peek into what's been going on with the Colorado Christensens. We are making the most of our summer and filling it with lots of fun times with family and friends - just the way it should be. Repainted both of the girls' rooms. Mallory - blackberry wine. Jillian - mississippi mud. Still trying to decide if they will go in the kitchen). Backpacking trip for both m and j.

Jillian is off to Holland with girls from the Kent Denver Field Hockey team and a small group of other 7th graders. She will get the opportunity to learn from some of the best players around.and it will just be a ton of fun too! Sunday, June 6, 2010. Thursday, May 20, 2010. A job well done. Jillian is such a diligent, conscientious worker and aims for perfection in all she does. I love seeing her hard work recognized and rewarded. Her middle school has over 400 7th graders, so receiving one of only a few awards given, is really quite an honor. Jillian and her friend, Alex, at the 7th grade awards breakfast. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. 191;Dónde está la fiesta? T-shirts that jenny and I made for everyone on the trip. The front had a sombrero with the words cancun 2009. Celebrating jerry 50 years. The coolest car there (says mallory). Reese's first vacation and it was a big one. All 24 of us in the lobby of the Casa Magna Marriott. My girls and me. Peter and his girls. My sisters - heather, jenny and jana. Grammie w/ all the grandsons. Lunch at a local restaurant in downtown cancun. Playing apples to apples.

Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Last year over Memorial Day weekend, Peter and I went to see Jillian play field hockey in California in the Cal Cup tournament. This year Mallory played on Club Lewy's U19 team, and Jilly played on their U14 team - so we all went. It was a fun weekend of sunshine, field hockey, time together and making new friends!
