It's 8km north of Lund/next to Bliss landing it's called Sharpes Bay. I was blown away when I first saw this place.It was a s if it was built for James Bond no kidding. A magnificent job was done thanks to the developer/owner Christopher Pelz.There are no real estate agents involved .It is simply word of mouth project - very exclusive. Lund BC Real Estate.
