Can you turn an entire lamb leg into a schnitzel? Yes… yes you ca. 1 x Lamb leg (deboned). 500ml natural greek yoghurt. I've been trying to draft a basic block based on measurements taken from the model (the lovely Miss Jenny) and am having issues with the fit.
