All the best things! 收捨家居時，發現多年前的一張由醫院提供的瘦身餐單，現與大家分享一下。 6 個大洋䓤（或 9 個普通大小的）. 鹽、胡椒、咖喱、芫茜 (Parsley) 等等、適量. 把蔬菜切成中塊，讓水浸過面，大火煮 10 分鐘，再用慢火煮到雜菜軟熟。這湯肚餓時任意進食。（因這湯不含卡路里，越吃會越瘦）. 西瓜最少卡路里。但除香蕉以外甚麼生果都可吃。第一天只吃湯和生果。還可以飲不含糖的茶、紅莓汁和水。全蔬菜，生吃或熟吃。嘗試吃綠色菜，不得吃豆類或粟米等。與雜菜湯同吃均可。晚餐可吃一個牛油焗薯仔，但不可吃生果。混合第一天和第二天全日可吃湯、生果和蔬菜。只是這天不可吃焗薯仔。如照上菜譜沒有偷雞你已瘦了 7 磅。牛肉和蕃茄。吃 10-12 安士牛肉。一罐蕃茄或 6 隻新鮮蕃茄。飲6-8 杯水，至少飲 1 餐雜菜湯。紅米、無糖份的菜汁和果汁。盡情飲以上的飲品。必需至少飲 1 次雜菜湯。不可吃：麵包、汽水、炸過的食物.
