I want everything right now or else, which means that motivating myself for the long haul is difficult. However, how is this for motivation.a two week trip to Europe! I went and weighed in tonight since I decided to switch my WI to Tuesday evening. AndI was up 3.6 pounds. 190.8. I'm not surprised.it could have been worse. This is after two weeks of pigging out, and a night WI vs a morning WI. I decided to celebrate my new commitment, and use some of those groceries I bought, and I whipped this up:.

Thursday, November 13, 2008. Week Number Fourty Eight. Week Number 48 ( November 10th November 16th). Wellit's Thursday and I haven't done squat except walk the dogs every day. Got a major tooth-ache, and can't schedule a root canal until the 21st? Oh the pain and agony! Miss Civil got the girls back today, but I managed to walk them before they left. Thursday, January 1, 2009. First week of 2009. Time to get motivated for 2009. I had a slack end to a good start from last year. I lost 25 pounds by this past summer and gained some 15 to 20 pounds of it right back by the end of the year. Still not fully motivated like I was last year. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Week Number Fourty Two. Week Number 42 ( September 29th October 5th). Monday Sept. 29th. Take the dogs w/me. Walk them 1/2 mile, run 3 miles by myself, then walk the dogs another 1/2 mile for a cool down. I was sweating like a pig? Tuesday Sept. 30th. Works good as new! Sunday, February 24, 2008. Week Number 11 ( Feb 24th March 1st). Go to Barbados Blvd walk 1 mile, then run 1 mile in 10 minutes 15 seconds, walk 1/2 mile, run 1/2 mile in way under 6 minutes, walk it all off for 1 mile. Total today run 1.5 miles and walk 2.5 miles. Got home and took a "Mucinex" and soaked my tootsies again. The cough wasn't actually a bad cough? It was more like I was coughing up mucus I didn't even know I had? Total so far this week 3.5 miles running, and 3 miles walked. Friday Feb 29th...
