Monday, March 1, 2010. If it were easy, everyone would do it. Ain't that the truth. Training for half-marathon is tough enough when you've got the time, energy and desire to push through all those greuling, 5:00 am "tempo/speed" runs and two hour long "long runs" on the weekend. Monday, November 30, 2009. Yeah, so the eating thing. Didnt do so hot in that department over the weekend. My best day was probably Friday with the second best day being Thursday, believe it or not! Saturday and Sunday were just disasters. But, my body made me pay for it. Friday, February 26, 2010. Alright, so I FINALLY did my tempo run last night. You how so very often you dread a run and you moan and groan about how much you don't want to run and then you finally get up the gumption to run and you're so glad you did because you feel so much better?
