Matt, Marilyn, and Gang: Family Pics
http://mattmarilynandgang.blogspot.com/2013/03/family-pics.html
Wednesday, March 27, 2013. My amazing sister Noelle did our family pictures for us! I love how they turned out! And just FYI, the reason Kolton doesn't have individual pictures here is because Noelle had done his senior pictures a few months earlier, we didn't forget him. :). Positively Megan: My last thankful day.
http://positivelymegan.blogspot.com/2010/11/my-last-thankful-day.html
Tuesday, November 30, 2010. My last thankful day. I don't know if there is a better way to say it than through these words. I know that my Redeemer lives. What comfort this sweet sentence gives! He lives, he lives, who once was dead. He lives, my ever-living Head. He lives to bless me with his love. He lives to plead for me above. He lives my hungry soul to feed. He lives to bless in time of need. He lives to grant me rich supply. He lives to guide me with his eye. He lives to comfort me when faint.

Redd Adventures: Adios Nicaragua
http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2012/11/adios-nicaragua.html
Wednesday, November 28, 2012. We've been home for almost a week now and I've been wanting to do this post but just haven't found the time. While I still don't technically have the time I decided I needed to do this before I forget too much. It feels like forever since we were sitting in the warmth of Nicaragua. There are many many things that we have already missed, a few of them are:. Need I say more? Spending all day with my mom. Monkeys, geckos and parrots (oh my! Etc I loved seeing all the animals of...

Redd Adventures: October 2012

Sunday, October 28, 2012. Warming up for the game. The game was played in the middle of a road which was blocked off for the event. There wasn't much diving that happened but the Nicaraguans have figured out many ways to improvise and they use their feet a lot more to get balls that we'd normally dive for. Their were some really good players. Later that night there was a ceremony to give out the trophies and awards. It started out with some Nicaraguan dancers. Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Carter also chose...

http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 17, 2013. Carter turned 11 a couple weeks ago and I've been meaning to do a post about him ever since. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the kid that Carter is and the person he is becoming. Below are 11 of my favorite things about him. 7- Carter is SUPER smart. Anyone that knows Carter knows this. He taught himself to read at the age of 4 and he loves to read. I never have to worry about his AR points or anything else that involves reading because he really enjoys it. 8- Carter keeps his room clean (fo...

Redd Adventures: Thankful Sunday
http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2012/11/thankful-sunday.html
Sunday, November 4, 2012. Life in Nicaragua is good, even without a car, we're enjoying our last few weeks here. The thought of leaving makes me sad, the thought of coming home makes me very excited. This week has made me aware that I'm not nearly grateful enough for the things that I have and in this month of thanksgiving I plan to change my focus. How fortunate we are to be where we are and I am grateful for your perspective to keep mine in check! November 5, 2012 at 7:41 AM. Our last day at Hermosa.

Maxon started 1st grade last week! I think it was even harder for me to send him to 1st grade than it was Kindergarten. It's hard to think he'll be with someone else for as much or longer than he's home with me! Leave a Comment 0. I can't believe he's 3. Time flies! I love him so much and am so grateful to be his mommy! Leave a Comment 0.

Redd Adventures: September 2009

Monday, September 21, 2009. Trying to be like Jesus. Logan: "Mom, why do we just keep learning about Jesus all the time? Me: "Because we want to be like Jesus so the more we learn about him the better we will be.". Logan: "I'm trying to be like Jesus, I just keep getting distracted.". Man I love that kid- and I agree it's very hard to not get distracted by life these days. I had to throw in a cute picture of Logan for this post- I stole this one from Stacy's blog cause I loved it. Trying to be like Jesus.
