Sunday was the local soccer league finals, and our team, Revolution, won - but sorry, no pictures yet because I don't have them imported yet ;). 2 new male llamas - from registered stock. Another new animal we bought as an alpaca, but we think it's a llama/alpaca cross (I'm not joking). He is friendly. And here he is again with his friend, an alpaca. More new animals . . . we got over a dozen shetland sheep. Welcome to my blog!

Monday, May 14, 2012. Late} Happy Mother's Day! To the human moms ;). Since we live on a ranch, why not include a few pictures of the animal mamas for mother's day, too? A good sitter duck is so devoted. This one hatched out about 20 after the long approx. 36 days. A mama goat with her new son. Links to this post. Saturday, May 5, 2012. Saturday, May 5, 2012. Yes, I see spring was officially like 6 weeks ago. But the flowers just started *really* spring. Ing up here. You see, without a word from me in about 2 weeks or so, blogging's been on the back burner. Saturday, April 30, 2011. Tic Tac - the 2 pound goat. Tic Tac is now a few weeks old, and is doing good. He is a mini nubian, and was a triplet. He was only 2 pounds at birth, but he seemed a lot smaller! My sister carried him all over his first few days. Tic Tac right after he was born. This is him by his sister!
