In the past couple of weeks I’ve made some lifestyle changes. I was tired to making progress with my health and then having set backs. Tips for living with lyme disease. March 21, 2014. I’m still trying to make my way into a full on workout but it just isn’t happening at the moment. What I have done is made stretching and yoga more of a daily commitment. I don’t stick to one type of yoga. The poses above are ones that I do normaly try to complete along with some other stretches I’ve done for years. I’m a huge fan of Pinterest. And it is a great resource to find poses and tips.
