Friday, July 29, 2011. Britney felt a whole lot better yesterday during her push - she got the same level as yesterday and had a less severe shake ‘n bake. Her temperature only got up to 102.6, so that’s good. When I was being tested for Lyme, they found I’m full of formaldehyde. They said it was from drinking bad water and from using plastic above its rated temperature. It was messing up their tests, so they gave me a desensitization shot before they could continue. Thursday, August 25, 2011. For the first time in history, I beat Britney at Scrabble! It was neck to neck, but I came out ahead at 316 to 294. To top it off, I beat her AGAIN yesterday. She told me not to get used to it because it wasn't going to keep happening :-). I said, "Do you have any normal flowers? Uh What do you mean? Do you have any. like say. roses? Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Do the Shake, Baby! We found a bakery that's gluten and dairy free, and their stuff is amazing! They gave us some samples, and you can't tell it's dairy or gluten free. I got my Celiac test back, and it's negative, so we're both really happy about that. Hopefully that means I'll be able to eat gluten again in another six months. Thursday, August 25, 2011. Sweatin' Like a Pig. My blood looks better, too. I just have a ton of allergies, so my blood isn't nearly as pretty as Britney's. Well, she's prettier, so I guess that makes sense. :-). Sometimes after a good push, your body sweats a lot, and boy. I sweat a TON last night. I woke up 4 times last night, each time feeling like I'd taken a shower and gotten in bed before drying off. Even my hair was wet enough to mimic such a bizarre practice.
