The Ground Floor is open plan with french windows leading out onto the courtyard.The kitchen area is comprehensively equipped complete with stainless steel electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave and plenty of work surfaces and cupboards. The dining area has a large table and seating for 8. The lounge area has seating for 8 (2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a futon), flame effect wood burner, spiral staircase, TV, DVD, CD, desk, Wi-Fi and phone.
