Saturday, April 4, 2009. This is the first winter that"SAD" didn't unhinge me! One major reason is the fitness group in which I participate .It finally has become an ingrained habit to go each morning , with enthusiasm! The dedication and expertise of our facilitators Betsy and Jean keeps attending from becoming routine.betsy's chat makes time fly.Jean revs up the program when we show signs of backsliding. Our little group of strangers has become cohesive even tho we vary in shapes,ages, and outlook.
