You start with the paper towel roll and wrap it in aluminum foil to make it a bit sturdier. Then you wrap it in a layer of masking tape so the aluminum foil stays put. After that iron a piece of fabric and then cut the fabric so that it is about an inch longer than the paper towel roll on both ends. Last step is glueing the bar to the cup base with a hot glue gun and you are set!
