Sunday, December 7, 2008. So i've recently decided that i want to get back into shape and try participating in a sprint triathalon down in st. george in May. Luckly i have a little time to prepare otherwise i would die. i still may die but I will die less (if that makes any sense) if i'm training. So i started going to the gym again after a long 6 months yipes! And i'm super sore. I think this new goal of mine is kind of exciting and will keep me busy for a while. The race includes a:. 15 mile bike ride.
