This was more of a mental challenge because I thought there was no way i’d be able to run up Walter Reed three times. But i did. Yay! Max Thruster – 105#. Ok. My xfit and mommyhood chronicles. March / April PRs. 3/28 – 3 x 1 mile hill run (with 2 min rest bt miles) – 39:51. This was more of a mental challenge because I thought there was no way i’d be able to run up Walter Reed three times. But i did. Yay! Max Thruster – 105#. Ok. No improvement from the start of the six week focus to the end. Warrior wod – over an hour wod including 4 x 1 mile runs. All the running is exactly what I need added to my workouts so that’s been good. April 7, 2012. March / April PRs.

Finished putting a new roof on the shed, which was a really fun project, a learning experience, and hopefully added some curb appeal to the pad. Throw a solid work bench in there, power and lighting, and some organization to tools etc, and we’re good to go, but time to order fence supplies, and figure out back room and back yard.
