Saturday, 10 May 2014. I've dusted off my old blog, revamped and refurbished it and we're ready to go again. What do you think to the new name? I've done so much since I last posted on here that there seems little point to trying to catch up so I'm just going to start again once I've done a bit of housekeeping. Sunday, 11 May 2014. I'm making a wall hanging to go into the cabin, once I've cleared it out! It's a magic tile design, with grapes, and I'm about halfway through. Monday, 12 May 2014. Getting back into this blogging business. Not the writing part, or even taking the photos, but the simple act of navigating blogger! Anyway.back to the wallhanging. So far I've appliqued, stacked, cut and and mixed up, and now its time to start stitching it back together again. Now I've used contrasting strips to join first one way. This is a piece of scrapbook paper which was too nice to cover up so cut into 4 photos and used them on cards matted onto antique gold card. The only problem I had with this I hadn't long come out of a sling after my shoulder operation so had to stay with a basic layout. Monday, 22 March 2010. I made this heart shape tag book for my boyfriend just before Valentines day and just added photos of my two boys and romantic sayings inside. He just loved it. Below are a couple of layouts I did on my cats which I managed to do ages ago and never uploaded till now lol.
