Sunday, 2 September 2012. Went for the Nights Festival 2012 with Baoqi and Tong. Nights Festival 2012 was held on two weekends, 24& 25 Aug and from31 Aug and 01 Sep 7pm to 2am. Admission was free. This is the 5th installment since it was held. My initial thought that the activities was only restricted to those at the museums but I was wrong! There were many more activities. Sunday, 16 September 2012. After many years, I finally had an oven! Oven was sponsored by my Dad. I will repay him with my baking outputs. When I was younger, my dream is to open a cafe selling my own bake stuff. But as I grew older, this dream is impossible with the harsh reality. Nevertheless, I am happy being a home baker. :). Been chatting with Waicheng on baking for sometime. Been inspired by her each time she gave us her baked goods to try. She recommended Joy of Baking. Batter in muffin tray.

Sunday, November 25, 2012. Almond Meal Banana Muffins. I had some leftover ground almonds and hence decided to scout for a recipe that I can utilized the remaining ground almonds. Found a few recipes that looks not too bad but the ingredients needed doesn't fit perfectly. Its either too much ground almonds (which means I need to buy) or it needs too much other ingredients. Thursday, June 28, 2012. Met up with AK for lunch on one of the weekdays. Went to vivocity as we need to purchase movie tickets for the weekend. We decided to try the executive lunch set at White Dog Cafe. Fish soup with salad. Celery and Potato Broth. Overall, the food are not bad. Sunday, April 21, 2013. Just finished watching 检察官公主 moments ago. Really sweet and happy ending to the story. The female lead 马慧理came from a affluent family. She lived her life obeying her father's orders and eventually graduating from law school and became a prosecutor. (it took me a while to realise 检察官= prosecutor).
