Get Out Of The Boat! Our Life And Adventures As Missionaries In Rural Mozambique. Monday, June 2, 2014. Have books. will travel! Earlier this year Rick and I were called upon to deliver course books to some of the pastors studying in our Faith Bible Seminary program- because of the unrest last last year, many of them did not receive their books and would be even further behind if we couldnt get them delivered! Even if that means meeting us on the side of a very busy highway! Or a dusty side road. Mozambi...

Get Out Of The Boat! Our Life And Adventures As Missionaries In Rural Mozambique. Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Life goes on. because it must. I again realized that I am blessed only to be a blessing. I am here to be an ambulance, and a hearse, a friend and a shoulder to cry on. I am here to hurt for others as Jesus hurt for me. I am so blessed, God, let me also be a blessing.". Rick Neufeld, June 5th, 2013). Today Rick is driving home with the body of the child in. Why does my heart hurt so much? Last week I...

Get Out Of The Boat! Our Life And Adventures As Missionaries In Rural Mozambique. Sunday, December 15, 2013. Santa Doesn't Come Here. Every year around this time newspapers inevitably publish articles dealing with the science of Santa’s travels. I read one online recently that said Santa would have to visit 1,178 homes EVERY SECOND- and that would only get him to the 132 million homes where children would expect him, a mere 15 percent of the world’s households! But you know what? To other’s, especi...

Get Out Of The Boat! Our Life And Adventures As Missionaries In Rural Mozambique. Friday, October 4, 2013. Mariano Learns to Type. Rick made a laminated keyboard for him to "practice" at home with. He also made him a blank one, with little individual keys so its like a puzzle he has to put together! He also found an online game that helps him learn to use the "home row" of keys. He has been getting better each time, and comes several times a week to ask if he can do another lesson! Want to get in touch?
