I don’t consider this my wall that I hit – I wanted to go further that’s for sure but my leg was thinking something else. I’m glad I tested out my salt tabs and although it was not hot in the least (compared to last week) I might have been low on sodium. Leftover baked ziti (healthy style). Half of a banana. I was able to see a doctor at an Urgent Care facility and it turns out that I don’t have strep, just a sore throat. Yay. I actually do feel better this afternoon compared to this morning.
