We have certified American Safety and Health Institute Instructors on site ready to train certifications in CPR, AED, Oxygen Administration (O2), and First Aid. All kids ages 9-13 are required to take our Family Fitness class along with a parent prior to being allowed to use the Fitness Center and Track. Family Fitness is a free orientation class, learn all the basics of working out on the machines and then begin working out together as a family! For days and times Kids Gym is available.
