I adapted this recipe from one that I originally found in Gourmet magazine. Here's my version:. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice. 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 small can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling). 3/4 cup melted butter. 5 cups cubed bread. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 8 inch square pan or similar 2-quart pan of your choice. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream or serve room temperature. You can leave a response.
