Tänä aamuna oli taas Fukushiman ydinvoimalassa räjähdys. Tällä kertaa kakkosreaktorissa. Lisäksi nelosreaktorissa on tulipalo. Radioaktiivista säteilyä on päässyt ilmaan määrä, joka on ihmisille vaarallista. Evakuointialue on 20km voimalan ympärillä ja 30km saakka ihmisten on käsketty pysyä sisällä ikkunat suljettuna.

Syksy on tullut Suomeen ja sen myötä mullakin alkanu uudenlainen arki. Aloitin siis Itä-Aasian tutkimuksen opiskelut. Pääsin maisteriohjelmaan, eli pääsen aloittamaan suoraan syventävistä opinnoista ja opinnot pitäisi saada suoritettua kahdessa vuodessa. AAKKL eli Aasian ja Afrikan kielten ja kulttuurien laitos on tosi pie...Oli hyvin...

Sunday, May 11, 2008. Too many thinks that the Lutheran church in Finland offers Christian activities only for children, 15-year-old kids (confirmation), and for elders. Anyhow, it must be declared that this in not the whole truth. Not at least in Tampere. As some of you, my dear readers, may know, Uusi Verso. The campaign and the week-full of gigs went well! Friday, October 31, 2008. Everyone of us has one's own ways to taste it! My lovely niece Pilvi is just the best! I'm so proud of her. She is very smart and she learns new things so easily. Maybe sometimes not the most important ones, if we come to the fact that it's me who teaches her tricks. The other day my sis told me that they'd made "rahkaa" again - and she tasted it in the same way! I bet one day my sis will make me pay for my teachings. What can I say? Omena ei ole kauas puusta pudonnut!

Monday, July 14, 2008. Back on the sand. This summer in Finland has been, and probably will be, a typical one - lyhyt ja vähäluminen. Anyhow, today I ended up going to Pyynikki beach and have my first (real) beach volley games of this summer. Sun did shine, though only behind the clouds. And it rained, though not roughly at all - just a bit to cool us down. But anyhow, it was good! We (4 1) ended playing for about 3,5 hours. We couldn't stop earlier, once we had gotten on the sand. Back on the sand.
