Monday, February 23, 2015. Jon Acuff writes (in his book Quitter. In our lives that change our direction. My first hinge moment occurred back in the sixth grade when Raymond Degorge stopped me in the hall on a cold winter day and confronted me. I don't remember his exact words, but he told me that I was not like the other girls. And I needed to stop trying to act like them. I remembering feeling a tad bit embarrassed. And a whole lot convicted. By Rhett and Link where they interview interesting people fr...

Sunday, April 29, 2012. Hannah's Elizabeth's Birth Story. I believe that our bodies and emotions are interwove, so my story must start with the loss of my sister. My sister Maria lost her battle with cancer March 1st. I was almost 38 weeks pregnant and really wanted to attend her funeral, which was two hours away. The funeral was scheduled for the 5th. She had no idea that I was in labor or that I was planning on having a homebirth. Kristi's stress relieving foot rubs from a few days ago and the days tha...

Its a chance to restock our pre-bed/nap time books, get out of the house, play with other children, and socialize with other moms. This week was a bit different. Video of Us at Story Time. Tuesday, May 7, 2013. 3 Fold Fabric and Store in Craft Closet. On my list and realized what a shame it was that she'd outgrown so many shirts. I also realized that she was almost out of dresses that she could wear. So onto Pintrest again to search for some ideas. I wanted to make a pillow case dress, but then I saw t-shirt dresses. Brilliant! My inspiration came from this blog http:/ lemontreecreations.blogspot.com/2011/08/tutorials-i-tried-and-loved.html. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

New Haven: New Home: September 2011
http://newhavennewhome.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
New Haven: New Home. Sunday, September 11, 2011. Time is going by quickly! This definitely increases my chances of avoiding a c-section. We are very thankful for that. Just this past Friday (9/9) we had our most recent ultrasound and were glad that both babies continue to be head down! I wasn't sure because they both move around quite a bit! He was also sucking on his toes. We saw his mouth move several times during the ultrasound and his foot was right up by his mouth. The doctors were very pleased with...
