Friday, August 7, 2009. End of week three. One more week of classroom-only training, then it is transitioning into taking actual calls and learning from mistakes before we do it full time. I am exhausted. Seriously. But it has been quite fun. I had some issues with some of my fellow employee-classmates, but those have been resolved and now, for an honestly inexplicable reason, I seem to get along with all of them just fine. What Bryson and I are writing there is good stuff. August 7, 2009 at 6:50 AM.

Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Anyway, work is going pretty well. Tiring, but well. We just entered into our second week of training. The material isn't hard to understand; the difficult part is remembering it all, and especially remembering it when we are on the phones with customers and have to remember where to find the information they are asking about. Yeah, I kind of thought the same thing myself when I first started watching it, that it kind of reminded me of Heroes. Of course not by much, but still resembled a lot of the same basic premises. Good to hear its becoming your second favorite all-time series though. Ive really, really got to get back to watching it sometime myself, especially with how good I hear it gets latter on.
