Monday, July 30, 2012. This week's theme is Community Helpers :). The children examined their fingerprints just like a real policeman! A Weekend with the Grandparents. We spent last weekend with Dave's parents. The boys really loved swimming, going on the boat, and eating yummy seafood! J chose shrimp at almost every restaurant except for the time he chose a jumbo cupcake at a deli! Dipping the flower petals out of the pool :). First time in goggles. Lee, Thomas, and Jackson. Uncle Dave and Lee. One of o...

All Things Hilton: January 2012
http://allthingshilton.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 30, 2012. It is pretty common for Dave to hear me say, "Do you know what he did today? About L and "Do you know what he said today? L is full of tricks, some to get our attention and others that get our attention because he looks so stinkin' cute doing them! One thing that always makes us laugh is when he will put something in his mouth like his sock or toy rings and let it hang out of his mouth while he is playing. I guess he is biting them- I really am not sure, yet! When he saw them fo...

All Things Hilton: Such a BIG Deal
http://allthingshilton.blogspot.com/2013/02/such-big-deal.html
Sunday, February 3, 2013. Such a BIG Deal. In the middle of our busy month, something really cool and grown up happened to our firstborn, Mommy's FIRST baby.JACKSON LOST A TOOTH! We found out his tooth was loose just a little before his 5th birthday. I noticed it was sticking out ever so slightly and wiggled it only to find out it was loose! Mommy was a little sad at that moment and sorta in shock! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). It's a Chaneyworld (and it's a crazy world too)! Such a BIG Deal.

http://allthingshilton.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 29, 2012. You are 10 mos (sniff, sniff), Big Boy! We see more and more of your personality everyday! You, Little Guy, are full of joy and bring us so many smiles and laughs! Here are a few things about you at 10 mos.:. You have mastered being a wiggle worm when we try to change or dress you. Needless to say, we always have to give you a toy to distract you, but we still better be really quick! You are crawling EVERYWHERE! Last week, you found the electrical outlet! It is a game for you...

All Things Hilton: October 2012
http://allthingshilton.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 15, 2012. Both boys LOVE playing outside! The weather has been so nice that we go for a walk and play outside almost everyday. Luke thinks he can keep up with Jackson! It is so funny how he doesn't even seem to realize he is SMALLER, not to mention lacks the same balance and coordination, as Jackson and his buddies. He definitely has no fear! L often wants what J has. Oh, good gracious.it is no wonder I have to question Big Brother when L is crying! Our Annual Pumpkin Picking. It's a Chan...

All Things Hilton: Birthdays
http://allthingshilton.blogspot.com/2013/01/birthdays.html
Monday, January 14, 2013. I am soo behind on posting, but what better way to pick it up than with birthday celebrations! We went to our friend, Parker's, fifth birthday party in November at a ranch. Really cool! After the ride, you could feed some additional animals behind the fences. The boys did not want to leave but were exhausted and filthy. Perfect. Sure signs of a great time :). Cort's Stories: It doesn't hurt anymore
http://cortgirl.blogspot.com/2010/10/it-doesnt-hurt-anymore.html
If I don't get this crap out of my head occasionally, it will implode. Sunday, October 10, 2010. It doesn't hurt anymore. Seven years ago (today), I had a D&C to remove the baby boy I'd lost. The pregnancy had come as a major surprise, but was amazing, nonetheless. I was around 15 weeks pregnant and had started spotting around lunch time. I called my doc and was told to take it easy for a day or two and if things changed, to give him another call. As I lay in the bed, just after surgery, I felt empty....

Cort's Stories: We might be a little bit crazy...
http://cortgirl.blogspot.com/2010/10/we-might-be-little-bit-crazy.html
If I don't get this crap out of my head occasionally, it will implode. Monday, October 11, 2010. We might be a little bit crazy. Our youngest daughter was born less than seven months ago. The pregnancy was a hard one. I went to the emergency room three times during the first trimester, due to heavy bleeding. All they could tell me was that my uterus was the source of the blood. There was no explanation as to what was happening and why. When test results came back positive for Trisomy 18. We might be a li...

Cort's Stories: Oh my, Where has the time gone?
http://cortgirl.blogspot.com/2011/09/oh-my-where-has-time-gone.html
If I don't get this crap out of my head occasionally, it will implode. Saturday, September 17, 2011. Oh my, Where has the time gone? If you haven't noticed yet, I don't get much time to post here. I think about it a lot, and I keep a journal to jot stuff down in when I feel like posting, but it never makes it to the actual blog. Now that I get to play housewife and stay at home mom for the next year, I might have some more time on my hands. Maybe. To start with, here's a picture of our newest addition:.
