Well the pool is tiled and pebbled after the contractors worked the weekend, now all we are waiting for is the water which will be arriving at 7am tomorrow. This is perfect as according to the weather reports we are heading for 30 degree days over the next week. Perrfect. One week from water.

Thursday, 24 July 2014. We are building a house! After the triple disaster in Japan on March 11, 2011, we made the very difficult decision to move to Australia. We have been here since November 2011 and in that time have bought 3 cars and sold 2. Kame aka Turtle has brought his dream motor bike and now we own some land and are building a house! Here is the process so far so you can see how long it took. Land deposit 17/11/2013 手付け金 (土地). House deposit 24/11/2013 手付け金 (建物). Build start date 17/07/2014 着工.

Tuesday, 29 April 2008. 2008 - first visitors from Oz- Part 1. Back in January we had our first visitors. Ryan (Mac), Sarah and Wilson (Sarah's bump) came from Oz and stayed with us for a few days on their way to the snow in Niseko. It was fantastic fun and guys you can stay with us any time.
