I like to use premium bacon from Simon Howie Butchers. As I find it has a fine quality to how the bacon texture feels in my mouth. I like to use thin cured bacon, with some fat, but I cut off the fat and add it in the pan later to make ‘crispy bites’ on the side. 1 Add the butter to the pan, till it melts. Of how to cook this. A fine WordPress.com site. Skip to primary content. June 18, 2012. This is the easiest thing I know how to make. Crack two eggs into a bowl add a splash of milk. Then add a pinch of salt and pepper, some mixed italian herbs and lots of cheese. The thing that makes it special, is to cook it very slowly on a low flame. You know when it’s ready as the bottom should be lightly brown and the cheese will have melted. Then you flip it over to make a half moon and it’s Ready! This entry was posted in Recipes.
