Friday, October 22, 2010. Road trip to ND. First stop on the road trip was at Independence Rock, WY. Here is a side shot of Crazy Horse, the carving that wasn't finished in SD. We made it to Mt Rushmore. It was a spectacular site to see, I was surprised at how smooth the carvings looked. A nice old man snapped a shot of us. Thursday, July 15, 2010. We went out to the rocket factory to watch the KEI test. Here is a tour of the Rocket garden. Riding a BSM (booster separation motor-separates the booster from the space shuttle after 2 min), and ya he's riding it backwards. Inside a booster case. By a fullscale booster. Mace loves goats, so we went down to the Nature Center to visit Jenny's new favorite pet. goats. I was surprised that Barton wasn't even scared of them. Our 30th funky cake.well atleast it tasted good.

My mom MADE this dress, can you believe that? I had found this dress at a store and it was over $300 so my mom said that she would make it. DIY liquid laundry detergent. In an attempt to be more frugal, and having to be careful what detergent I use because some of us have super sensitive skin, I decided to give The Duggar Family. Recipe for liquid laundry soap. It didn't take very long, and was really cheap. We went up to Heber for Morgan's graduation (so weird! And then stayed the weekend for Memorial day! Everyone was at my parent's for the weekend except for Drew. :( We had such a great time but the highlight was probably our visit to the cemetery on Saturday followed by a Picnic at a park in the canyon. It was the PERFECT weather and we spent our time playing Cornhole and Spikeball- our two favorite outside games. Just watching some jungle book in her flower crown.
