Veggie rennet, not animal rennet. i didn't know i was gonna need citric acid, so I used vinegar instead. i have no idea if its gonna work. My luck, it probably won't and all that milk and rennet will be wasted. So, lets hope its not a wash. 1/2 gallon of whole milk. 1/4 rennet tablet dissolved in water. Some vinegar in water.
