Leg Blaster: Squats, Squat Jumps, Lunges, Split Jumps. 4 rounds – 20 reps each exercise. Upper Body Crush: Push-ups, Bench or Chair Dips, 90 degree shoulder press, Sit ups. 4 Rounds 15 reps each exercise.
