Random ramblings of a Northern Veggie. November 20, 2008. This is our favourite Winter Warmer soup - though its more of a meal in a bowl than a soup. Its carrots, leek, mushrooms, smoked tofu, peas and sweetcorn - lots of sweetcorn, the majority of which is liquidised.
