To me, TWIABP’s EPs were always on the cusp of a powerful sound that they wanted to achieve, but not being given enough room to properly grasp, or perhaps the band still didn’t really know what they wanted to create. Whenever, If Ever. Is the sublime answer to to those problems, and is my second favourite record from last year.
