Public Art Contribution by MacLean Homes. As part the public art contribution to the District of North Vancouver, MacLean Homes commissioned a sculpture to be placed in front of the Chartwell Select Churchill House seniors home at 29th and Queens. Created by artist Robert McNealy, and named “At Rest”, it is a cast stainless steel sculpture of paddles and an oar which are modelled on six paddles from around the world.
