Matthew Habiger and Dr. Martha Garza from NFP Outreach. We had a majority of the priests from the Diocese there with us AND the Bishop (very rare for a bishop to do something like this! And then God showed off. We had food for 100 people. Over two hundred people came. And there was enough food! Im still recovering from the past...

One moment we’re singing Christmas songs at Mass, admiring the poinsettias that have been strategically placed all around the Church, and then all of a sudden we’re being asked to bring in our palms for Ash Wednesday. Head to the roof. How far am I willing to go?

Monday, September 14, 2009. Baby EJ - 11 weeks, 6 days. Today was my third prenatal appointment and second ultrasound. Everything looks fine - Baby EJ's heartbeat was strong: 150bpm. We still have been unable to detect the heartbeat with a doppler, so we haven't heard it yet (the ultrasound equipment only counts the beats), so we a look forward to hearing that precious "thump-thump-thump-thump" soon!
