Randomness from a non-recovering coffeeholic. I got this ornament at Liberace's museum in Las. Vegas in July - it doesn't matter where I go, I'll scope out ornaments anywhere. It's my Christmas 2008 favorite. Friend, Winston came over with his human for a visit last week. As you can tell by the photo, Porkchop. Was not too impressed with the visitor. Randomness from a non-recovering coffeeholic. Karen called me last night - her daughter's water broke and they were on their way to the hospital! I'm anxiously anticipating a phone call! Karen's gonna be a grandma! Update: It's a girl! Born shortly after midnight - 6lbs 7oz. Karen is so happy, I think she may steal her! Name is not offical yet, but I'm going to call her Layla. :o). I had fun playing in makeup pre-5K. Not quite. Creepy, ah well. 60:01 is my 'official time'. I was 3rd (and last). In my age group but my medal went to an asshole (I really don't like him, period). Who didn't even finish- I don't care about the medal, I didn't want the attention. He didn't want to get sweaty. His words, not mine). There was 3 women behind me who quit before it was over. Yes, that's me in a store bought costume AND red lipstick. I haven't been able to wear one for years. I heeded the call of the forestry yesterday and walked for nearly 6 blissful miles. I wasn't ready to quit but I had to get home so we could go trick or treating. For the first time in my memory, Trick or Treating was postponed because of pending weather. Given lax and rx / sent home by GI (Dr Jeffery Morgan). April 30th- ER @ Floyd. April 30th- Admitted UofL. MAY 1st- Emergency surgery #1 (Hysterectomy/ bowel). Happy #41 to me! Nach dem rezept meiner oma in schokolade und vanille. dazu etwas erdbeermarmelade, mit amerikanischer buttercreme. Eingestrichen und mit fondant eingedeckt.
