Friday, August 31, 2007. Day 1 with the New SVP. Yesterday at the Cracker factory I work in we had a minor re-org. Here is a highlight from day 1 with the new Senior Vice President. J, your system does not work. I can't get in. What seems to be the problem? When I try to enter the system, I get an error message. What does the message say? Password Expired, please enter new password in field below. And what are you doing when you get this message? I just press enter and it kicks me out. No, should I?

Monday, December 10, 2007. Team Moron Goes to an offsite. So The Morons Strike again. Our Brain Trust C-level Moron and Sr. Vice Moron decided to have an off site with some of the leadership with in the group. So off we go to 6 hours of Death by power point. What did I get out of it you may ask? 1 My boss does not send anything up the chain that is bad news like 20yr old Data centers that need to be replaces. 2 The CEO of the Moron Company makes not much more than I do. - Hmm. What a shock about Lehman and Merrill. I have a lot of Friends at both places. I wish them good luck and gods speed. On another Megan (AKA Meatball) was diagnosed with K9 Addison's Disease over the weekend. Tuesday, June 27, 2006. Never under estimate the power of a snow shovel. And a woman who knows how to use it. So the water sagas continue. Our new, very expensive, very deep, steel lined well was hit by lightening, which fried the well pump controller. FABULOUS NO WATER. The well company was out the next day to replace the controler - VOILA! For 3 hours I used the snow shovel to get the GD F-ing H2O out of the garage. Which BTW - is still wet! Wednesday, August 16, 2006. How I spent my summer vacation. AHHH - nothing like a little vacation to recharge the batteries. 5 days of not having to answer emails, talk on the phone, take care of little things, no conference to worry about, just solitude. Deep breath with me people - I have not had any substantial time off since last October and I am about fried. Then you know what I am talking about. I did not go anywhere cool and drink Margaritas by the pool, but I did have fun! God I hate baseball!
