Julie just emailed us to let us know that our dossier was sent to the Norte de Santander Regional Office within the last few days. They don't know if they have a baby assigned tp us yet, but at least our dossier is moving again. Hopefully we will get an assignment in Cucuta. Has anyone gone here? Please pray that this is it. I am praying for whoever has our dossier and our little boy.

I took her to a Reds game on Friday night and she was SO EXCITED. It was fun to watch her experience this great American past time. There were even fireworks over the Ohio river after the game.
