Made in the Fire. Addicted to Bikram Yoga. 8220;HI THERE, MY NAME’S JENNY, AND I’M A BIKRAM YOGA ADDICT…”. I’m a pretty recent Bikram convert, having starting practicing in February 2010. I was at a point in my life where I’d been putting on weight steadily for a few years and that, coupled with a total lack of exercise, meant I was feeling pretty unhealthy and unhappy too. Having done various other yoga classes over the years, it sounded like just the challenge I needed, so I called Bikram Yoga Leicester.
