Tuesday, July 10, 2012. Back to Newfoundland for another post. Tom and I went to visit an organic farm I hadn't been to since grade 5. I've grown a bit since then. We meet a hissing duck that I carefully kept my distance from. And Bucket the dog, who lead us through all the fields and paths. The fields were quite small since as an organic farm they wouldn't be able to sustain larger ones. The natural hills also seemed to lend themselves better to smaller growing areas. Tuesday, December 27, 2011. It's been a very busy month in Ottawa. I'd forgotten what retail is like at this time of year. I've had this post half finished for about 2 weeks and haven't had the energy to finish it. So here we go. Way back on the first weekend of December, Tom and I went for an early Christmas in Kingston. We took VIA rail there and I had fun checking out the sights on the way. And I enjoyed the characters in our carpet as well. I did my usual pylon spotting. Time to go home.
